Position: Office Coordinator
Part-Time

Responsibilities
  • Primarily responsible for receiving office guests, fielding all incoming calls to the office and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and couriers.
  • Will be expected to maintain office organization and cleanliness (including organizing office inventory and ordering office supplies).
  • Will be the point person for craft-shop.ca, A&C's online music and merchandise retail site, as well as independent retail and artist sales. This includes responsibility for customer service, maintaining product inventory and shipping supplies, and fulfilling orders.
  • Monitoring and redistributing all email to [email protected]
  • Responsible for Soundscan reporting and generating monthly internal sales reports.
  • Participating in the hiring and training of interns and coordinating their workload and schedules.
  • Entering POs from approved budgets, coordinating tour marketing and assistance with grant applications.
  • Liaison with third party IT support professionals.
  • Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the President and to all other departments as time permits.
  • Will also be expected to assist with a broad variety of tasks on an as-needed basis.
