Food
We have a number of great food vendors this year. We will be able to cater to the meat eater, the vegetarian and the vegan. Please check our vendor list. Unfortunately you will not be able to bring food items onto the island.

Water

You are allowed to bring 1 SEALED bottle of water, which you can refill at any water fountain etc on site. Water will also be sold.

Beer tent
We have 2 huge beer tents for our 19+ audience. Please remember to bring GOVERNMENT ISSUED photo ID. If you don't have ID you will not be admitted. Beer tents are subject to capacity at all times.

Will Call
There is NO UNPICKED UP tickets list from Ticketmaster at will call. Any customer service issues must be dealt with at Gate 7 of the Rogers Centre on the day of show.

In other words, if you bought your tickets via Ticketmaster, the only location to pick up your tickets on the day of the show is from the Rogers Centre, Gate 7.

Will Call/Guest list
If you are on a guest list (band, promoter, ticket winner) you must pick up your wristband on the MAINLAND side of the event. Mainland side will call opens at 11:00 AM. After you have received your wristband you must join the GENERAL line to purchase a ferry ticket, NOT THE TICKETHOLDERS line.

GalleryAC pre-sale customer ticket pick-up
Arts & Crafts has 2 remaining advance ticket pick-up dates. We strongly advise you to pick up your tickets at the Arts & Crafts office in advance to avoid long lineups on the day of show.

GalleryAC customers who cannot attend the advance pick-up dates can pick up their tickets at the Mainland will-call, as above. Your concert ticket includes the ferry ticket.

ATM bank machines will be available during the day on the island.
