Arts & Crafts, a leading independent music company, has an immediate, full-time opportunity for an Office Coordinator. In this role you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office, as well as oversee the customer service and fulfilment aspects of our direct-to-consumer sales business. The successful candidate is motivated and strives in a fast paced environment.
The job will be based out of our office in downtown Toronto.

  • Primarily responsible for receiving office guests, fielding all incoming calls to the office and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and couriers.
  • Will be expected to maintain office organization and cleanliness (including organizing office inventory and ordering office supplies).
  • Monitoring and redistributing emails from multiple customer service and support emails.
  • Responsible for Soundscan reporting and generating monthly internal sales reports.
  • Participating in the hiring and training of interns and coordinating their workload and schedules.
  • Entering POs from approved budgets, coordinating tour marketing and assistance with grant applications.
  • Responsible for coordinating with artists and managers on shipping and invoicing for direct to artist sales.
  • Liaison with third party IT support professionals.
  • Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the President and to all other departments as time permits.
  • Will also be expected to assist with a broad variety of tasks on an as-needed basis.
  • Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to different administrative, ecommerce and shipping software.
